Little Treehouse Child Care Centre Butler

Welcome to Little Treehouse Child Care Centre, proudly opened in Butler 2026!

As a family owned and operated service, we've created a warm, welcoming environment that feels like a home away from home for every child and family that walks through our doors.

At Little Treehouse, we believe early childhood is a time for connection, discovery and growth. Our passionate team is dedicated to providing high quality care and education, where each child is supported to learn, play and thrive at their own pace, and have FUN!

Being a family owned and operated service gives us the privilege of working directly with the children and families. The heart of all we do is guided directly by the needs of our families. It enables us to provide a more personal, consistent and heartfelt approach to early education and care.

Program

our Program

Floor book style programming offers a dynamic approach to early childhood education allowing for more time spent on the floor and facilitating a natural flow of programs and experiences. This method encourages children to engage actively with their own learning, while educators can dedicate more time to facilitating activities rather than getting bogged down in documentation. Experiences are captured in the moment, creating a rich tapestry of learning that evolves organically. The floor book itself resembles a mind map, with leads and photos that showcase the interconnected activities and adventures the children embark upon.

FAQ

What are your fees?

$160 per day

We are CCS approved and families can receive up to 3 days of subsidised care per week. Use the Services Australia website to find out if you are eligible

Do you Supply Nappies?

No - we find families and children have a preference for certain brands and leave this decision up to the parents

Can i alternate days fortnightly?

Yes! - We understand that families routines change, people work shift work and work away, and that Kindy may offer alternative Kindy days.

What Is The Difference Between Child care and Early Learning

Nothing! - Under the national law and Regulations, they are both classed as 'Long day Care'.

Companies may market themselves as 'Early Learning' to emphasise their focus on learning, however they are both required to provide programs that support childrens growth and development, and educator qualification requirements are the same!

Can I stay with my child for a play before their first day?

Yes - In fact we encourage orientations where you and your child can spend some quality time in the room with the educators and children. You can stay for as long as you feel comfortable and return as many times as you feel necessary. This gives your child the opportunity to build relationships with others and feel secure in the environment when they begin their first day!

My Child Has additional needs/ medical conditions, how are they supported?

All children with additional needs and medical conditions are welcome at Little Treehouse. Our purpose-built facility provides accessible spaces for those in need.

Our whole team is qualified in first aid and continue to seek training and development on new and changing areas. We encourage families to work with us to provide the most appropriate support for your child.
