About us

With over 13 years' experience in the childcare industry, working with children aged 0-12 years, I've been reflecting on my role as an educator. I worked in a not-for-profit centre for over 10 years, where I gained the majority of my experience, working my way up into management roles. But I felt I lacked experience working in a small town for just one centre, so I stepped out of my comfort zone, moved to a bigger city, and worked for a few centres there. It was quite eye opening the difference in management, staffing, quality of care, environments and programs at each centre.

I came to the realisation that I would love to help these centres be the best they can be without being the big scary assessment guy, there to shut you down.

LTCC evolved from here. I can put my knowledge and experience to use as a consultant to HELP you build a professional and trustworthy centre, with a team of staff that love their jobs, and families and children that love attending your service.

Although I use all my knowledge and experience to provide an accurate recommendation for your service, responsibility for any changes implemented and recommendations followed remains the responsibility of the Approved Provider/Nominated Supervisor of the service.
