Little Treehouse Child Care Centre
Program
ACECQAs V0.2 The Early Years Learning Framework guides us in forming programs for our centre. Our staff set up engaging environments that spark curiosity through a range of resources. We observe children's interactions with the environment to follow the planning cycle and create an ongoing program that supports each child's individual and group outcomes.
By building relationships with the children and their families, our staff can get a better understanding of the children's needs, interests and goals, hence why family relationships are important to our centre.

Our floorbook program is designed to be a working document that makes programming and planning simple. It looks a bit like a mind map and shows how one observation is scaffolded and extended to build on the current learning and so on and so on. We believe this leads to more engagement in the moment and less time off the floor.

Childrens development is recorded on our family app, OWNA, where parents can view and access copies of learning documentation.
